THERE IS NO EXCEPTION FOR TATTOOS YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE A VALID FORM OF ID
 
Piercings you must be 18 years of age or over two months with parental/ legal guardian consent, proper documentation and parental/legal guardian presence. 
 
PER THE STATE OF TEXAS, ANY MINOR GETTING A PIERCING MUST HAVE ONE OF EACH OF THE FOLLOWING, NO EXCEPTIONS:
 
1. The minors original Birth Certificate (no copy or picture will be accepted).
 
2. For legal guardians, notarized paperwork showing the parental rights, managing conservator, or guardianship of the minor.
 
3. Valid evidence of the parents identity. ( Example: TEXAS State DL, Identification Card, Passport, Military ID).
 

Dark Age Tattoo Studio  follows the rules and regulations set forward by the State of Texas and the Texas State Health Department.
 
If you do not have what is required you will not get Pierced or Tattooed.
